Their staff is extremely knowledgeable on the ins and outs of dealing with the insurance companies, which is a true blessing since we all know how insurance companies are. The work the guys did today looks great and they cleaned up afterwards and left the yard just as they found it. I will never use another roofing company as long as I live in the area.

Starting from Denver coming out on the weekend to check out my roof, coordinating with the insurance company, to Austin’s great communication and working with my financial needs. Also did a few extras for me at no charge. Couldn’t imagine using another company. Exceptional from first contact After a few years of challenging weather, I noticed that several of our neighbors were having their roofs done. My wife and I decided it would be worthwhile to have an inspection done. It just so happened that Ashley River Roofing was in the neighborhood offering free roof inspections. Normally I wouldn't patronize an organization that knocks on doors, but I just had a hunch to go ahead and give him a shot. They say to trust your instincts, and in this case, they were right on. When he came down and mentioned that he found several damaged areas, I thanked him for his time, took his card, and said I'd reach out if we decided to move forward. He was very polite and not pushy, which I appreciated. I did my research and found they were a relatively new company, but had a LOT of good reviews, and had done quite a few jobs. I decided to give them a shot, and reached out to start the process. Not having had a roof done before, I used their expertise to help me in the process. From the beginning with the claim process, and all the way through to a new roof, they were right there - answering my questions, discussing the next steps, giving me updates on the timeline, and working with me all the way through. One review I read before bringing them on board said "they said what they were going to do, and they did what they said!," and I have to concur. They were up front about the lead time to start the roof, and any adjustments to that timeline (rain delays, etc.) were immediately communicated. When it came time for the roof, I was expecting visitors from out of town, so I reached out and they immediately adjusted the schedule to start after my visitors left. When the day came for the roof, they were there bright and early, protected all my plants and landscaping, and went to work. They posted progress pictures to a website so I could see the progress throughout the day. When they wrapped it up that afternoon, they cleaned everything up and left it better than they found it. Overall, I can't say enough about the performance of Ashley River Roofing! Exceptional from the beginning! If you're looking for a solid roofing company, look no further!

From the time that Trey from Sales came by and inspect our roof until Trey from the production side completed the full roof replacement this company was supportive of our situation. Even when our insurance company said they would only cover repairs they went to bat for us and was able to identify the repair could not be done without causing further damage. As a result of their effort the insurance company revised the claim to cover the cost of a full replacement less our deductible. We are so thankful for everything they did for us during the process. The quality of their work was professional and knowledgeable. Everyone including the crew was courteous and listened to all our concerns. The final product looks great! Len and Linda Jarvis

I cannot say enough good things about Ashley River roofing! I was in a bad situation with a rental property in North Charleston and needed a roof quickly but as cost effectively as possible. Not only did they give me the best quote, but they handled the whole process seamlessly and efficiently from beginning to end and i only had to meet with them in person one time. I am 1.5 hours from the property and having maintenance done in my absence is always stressful, but they completed the job quickly and i have absolutely no complaints. I was able to trust them in my absence, the roof is beautiful, it was done quickly, and it was the lowest quote of the 3 i received! Highly recommend!!!!

Ashley River Roofing did a fantastic job. Everything was done on time. When my husband and I were told that it would only take 1 day to strip off my old shingles and put the new ones on I was amazed, because when the roof was replaced 20 years ago it took almost 4 days! By the end of the day they were done! I am happy beyond belief. The staff in the office were great to work with and being able to see live updates on the progress was really interesting. 10/10 service and we will definitely use them again if we ever need roofing work done! The initial roof survey, the survey with the insurance adjuster, quoting the project and determining out of pocket expenses with insurance, scheduling, installation/build day, and then project follow up; all went without a hitch. They were awesome. Did a great job. Excellent communication. Every person I talked to was very nice. This is the roofer I would recommend to my friends and family. Also, both Chris’s were very good with the final touch-ups. Chris Elgin made sure everything was perfect and anybody would be lucky to work with him.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with these guys. I didn’t have any idea what I was doing or how to get through the paperwork process of repairing my roof and the team at Ashley River roofing drastically simplified the process. They worked with my insurance company, handled all the paperwork, and came to my house several times to walk me through every step of the process. Afterwards the staff was professional and friendly and kept me up to date on any developments or future actions. Can say that I will be sticking with them for any future works and highly recommend them for their professionalism and craftsmanship.

Best experience I've ever had getting a roof from start to finish, helped with insurance claim, putting roof on and cleaning up. This was my second house with a new roof and the other company was very good but Ashley River Roofing took it to a new level. Each time I had contact with a representative from Ashley River Roofing the representative was professional, courteous, and explained each of step thoroughly. I would like to recognize The production manager, Chris Elgin, for his management of the actual roof being put on. He and his crew were hard working, honest and took care of any issues that came up immediately. From our first meeting with Liam and then meeting others that were involved in our roof replacement project, Trey, Alex, Chris and scheduling with Austin, Ashley River Roofing is a very professional and responsive company. They explained everything, walked us through the process, were on time and completed the project when they said they would. They answered questions we had and gave us the feeling that they were as invested in our project as much as we were. They took photos of the project and added them to their website Showcase. I highly recommend them and if we ever need to replace a roof again, they will be the only company we will contact.

The crew showed up before daylight on the day that the job was scheduled to start. Took precautions to not damage my shrubs and cleaned the area around the house.
